You made a very ...Audrea,<br />Personal Development Plan<br />You made a very good point at the beginning that a personal development plan should not just be work related. I would agree that in order to remain competitive it is essential that a training team have an effective eLearning designer. I would have liked to have heard more on the type of eLearning training you would take. <br />What type of employee development would you tie the Myers-Briggs or DISC assessments that your company would administer? I would have liked more specifics on each of the selected development strategies.<br /><br />Employee Development Plan<br />Slides were very well designed. You selected 5 very good reasons for creating an employee development program. I specifically liked the idea of talent acquisition and management. You suggested using a personality/behavior test such as Myers-Briggs to assist in "reflected best self" I appreciated the reference to "Positive Organizational Scholarship"; but I needed more detail on how you would utilize this information. Are you attempting to create a positive work climate?
